Licensed Insurance Producer / Insurance Sales Representative

Location: Remote / Hybrid
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) / Commission-Based

About the Opportunity

We are looking for motivated Health and Life licensed insurance producers to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for experienced life and health insurance professionals who enjoy helping individuals and families find insurance solutions while building a flexible, performance-based career.

We are looking for producers who are professional, self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working with clients by phone, virtually, and/or in person.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs
  • Educate clients about available life and health insurance options
  • Conduct needs-based consultations and present appropriate solutions
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients
  • Maintain accurate client and activity records
  • Build and maintain a professional book of business
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the client relationship

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Active Life and/or Health Insurance Producer license in the applicable state(s): OK, AR, TX, KS, and MO.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
  • Willingness to participate in training and coaching

Preferred:

  • 1+ year of experience in life, health, Medicare, annuity, or related insurance sales
  • Existing insurance sales experience or established book of business
  • Experience prospecting, networking, conducting presentations, and closing sales
  • Experience working remotely or independently

Newly licensed producers are encouraged to apply if they have strong communication skills and are motivated to learn.

Compensation & Income Potential

This is a performance-based, commission-driven opportunity. Compensation is based on production and the applicable commission structure.

Expected annual income: $30,000-$100,000 and up

Actual income varies based on production, experience, product mix, client volume, and individual effort. This position does not guarantee a specific income level.

Training & Support

We provide training and ongoing support to help producers strengthen their product knowledge, sales skills, client development strategies, and business-building skills.

Training may include:
