Description
The Product Manager at Harvest Group owns the strategy and execution for a technology product or product domain, driving outcomes from discovery through delivery and ongoing improvement. The products developed equip Harvest Group teammates to do their best work and deliver exceptional service to clients across integrated commerce.
The Product Manager works at the intersection of user needs, business strategy, and technical execution, translating organizational priorities and user insights into clear product opportunities. This role partners closely with engineers to work through technical and UI considerations and iteratively investigate, prototype, test, and deliver solutions.
The Product Manager also works across the organization to manage stakeholders and drive alignment. This includes shaping and communicating product direction with leadership, building launch plans with marketing, and working directly with users to deeply understand how they work.
This role is based in Rogers, AR. If you are applying but do not currently reside in this area, please note that Harvest Group does not cover relocation.
Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap for a product or product domain, prioritizing opportunities based on user insights, business priorities, and client needs.
  • Lead product discovery to understand how teams work, identify meaningful problems to solve, and validate opportunities before committing to solutions.
  • Define and track product success measures, including adoption, engagement, and business outcomes, using data and user feedback to inform product direction.
  • Partner with engineering throughout discovery and delivery to develop, test, and iteratively deploy solutions.
  • Create clear product documentation, including discovery findings, product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, that defines the problem and desired outcome without overly prescribing the solution.
  • Collaborate across client service, engineering, marketing, and leadership to align on product direction, priorities, milestones, and launch plans.
  • Communicate product progress, roadmap changes, trade-offs, and delivery expectations to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Connect product direction to Harvest Group's broader service strategy in partnership with product, technology, and client service leadership.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities where AI and automation can create meaningful value for Harvest Group's services and clients.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of product management or related experience building and shipping software, ideally within B2B, enterprise SaaS, internal tools, or professional services environments.
  • Experience owning a product or product area through its lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, delivery, and measurement.
  • Experience conducting user discovery and translating insights into product opportunities and decisions.
  • Strong data fluency, including defining success metrics, analyzing product performance, and using data to inform decisions.
  • Technical fluency and the ability to partner effectively with engineering on feasibility, technical trade-offs, technical debt, and security considerations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including problem framing, product documentation, roadmaps, and communication with technical and business audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across engineering, business stakeholders, and leadership without direct authority.

Preferred
  • Familiarity with retail, CPG, e-commerce, digital shelf, retail media, or related industries.
  • Experience with user interviews, usability testing, or prototype reviews.
  • Experience designing and evaluating experiments, including A/B testing.
  • Experience building software that supports complex operational workflows.
  • Experience with AI-enabled product capabilities or applying AI and automation to business workflows.
  • Experience contributing to go-to-market and launch planning, including success measures, rollout strategy, training, and adoption.
  • Experience working in an iterative product environment, including backlog, sprint, and roadmap management.
