The premise is simple: insurance sucks, yet everyone needs it.

Salty makes it effortless.

Employment is offered through Embedded Insurance Agency, LLC the licensed operating subsidiary of Salty Ai Inc.

Role Overview:

As a Fulfillment Specialist at Salty, you will meet customers at a moment that matters to bring coverage and savings through our agency offering. Because our technology builds quotes from a customer's existing insurance information, you'll spend more time engaging clients and closing sales and less time on data entry and quoting. You'll also identify and cross-sell other insurance lines, to deliver increased savings and value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to warm prospects when we've identified insurance savings.
  • Respond to inbound leads and follow up with prospective customers via phone, email, and SMS.
  • Educate customers on auto insurance products, coverage options, and agency value.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and actively offer additional lines (e.g., home insurance).
  • Assume the sale, comfortable speaking assumptively and working to close.
  • Be proactive in meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Detailed utilization of CRM to manage leads, track pipeline activity.
  • Adherence to all compliance guidelines

Requirements:

  • Active and maintained P&C license (Property & Casualty) in current state of residence required.
  • 3+ years of experience in auto insurance sales (high volume call-center experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously, including CRM, quoting, and rating tools.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, managing a full pipeline effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital-first insurance platforms or insurtech environments is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with comparative raters and CRM tools (e.g., EZLynx, AgencyZoom, Salesforce)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional growth
  • Access to industry-leading tools and resources that support your success
  • Competitive base salary + uncapped bonus opportunity
  • Incredible benefits - the best in the industry BY FAR:
    • Health, dental, vision paid at 89% (individual or family)
    • 401(k) with substantial matching
    • Generous PTO
    • Remote work flexibility
    • Career growth in a fast-scaling insuretech
    • Multi-state licensing

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Rotating shifts, including some evenings and weekends

Who You Are:

You're a licensed insurance professional who enjoys helping customers find the right coverage with clarity and confidence. Tech-savvy and adaptable, you're comfortable using modern sales tools and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. You bring strong communication skills, a self-motivated attitude, and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
