Job description

Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people's lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you'll do

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation agentic experiences for procurement teams within Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform. This role will define how AI agents proactively identify opportunities, take actions, and orchestrate workflows across agreements to unlock business value.

You will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for building intelligent, proactive systems that go beyond static agreement management-transforming agreements into actionable insights and autonomous workflows. You will deeply understand procurement user journeys, identify opportunities for automation and augmentation, and deliver experiences that drive measurable outcomes such as cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. This role will be part of Navigator product.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Management.

Responsibility

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for agentic AI experiences within Docusign Navigator and Intelligent Agreement Management
  • Identify high-impact procurement workflows where AI agents can recommend, automate, or take action (e.g., savings identification, renewal optimization, vendor analysis)
  • Develop a deep understanding of procurement personas (procurement leaders, finance, operations) and their end-to-end workflows
  • Partner with Research to uncover unmet needs and validate new agent-driven use cases
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Data/AI teams to build scalable, intelligent systems
  • Define product requirements that balance automation, control, and trust in AI-driven workflows
  • Establish success metrics (e.g., savings realized, time saved, adoption of recommendations) and iterate based on data
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, GTM, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful launches
  • Present product strategy and progress to executive stakeholders and influence decision-making across teams
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous environments and influence without authority
Job Designation

Preferred

  • Experience building products for procurement, finance, or enterprise operations (nice to have, not required)
  • Strong product thinking with the ability to connect customer problems to scalable solutions
  • Familiarity with LLMs, agentic systems, or AI-driven decisioning frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize customer insights, data, and market trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating clear product narratives and requirements
