Job description

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and two years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Senior-level support experience highly desirable.
Job Summary:
To provide professional guidance, supervision, and coordination in the administrative duties of a department.
Job Duties:
  • Plans, organizes, and coordinates administrative duties.
  • Participates in departmental budget planning and development.
  • Coordinates procurement of equipment and supplies and manages all phases of the acquisition cycle.
  • Interprets rules, regulations, and policies and executes as applicable. Assists administrator in
  • establishing and attaining goals and objectives. Conducts special projects and reports.
  • Adheres to internal controls established for department. Performs related duties as required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Calendar management
  • Processing travel and expense reimbursements
  • Coordinating and setting up business meetings and/or lunch business meetings
  • Managing annual inventory coordination
  • Ordering and purchasing supplies
  • Phone coverage for the office
  • Able to multitask and prioritize duties

Salary Range:
$60,000.00 to $65,000.00 annually, actual salary commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Partial Remote, onsite as needed. Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, or 7 am to 4 pm (TBD) and as needed on occasion.
