Growth Marketing Manager

100% Remote

Description:

  • Program & Campaign Execution: Execute and analyze field marketing campaigns and ABM initiatives, including events, webinars, and digital marketing, to drive engagement and lead generation direct and with partners. Coordinating details for event preparation and execution including:
    • Ensuring program fall within provided Budget 
    • Collaborating with sales leadership to prioritize and decide which campaigns, trade shows / industry events to execute
    • Conducting event venue research–finding facilities, meeting spaces, restaurants, etc.
    • Building event landing/registration pages 
    • Building event briefs documenting all details / field guide
    • Procurement system and process support–purchase orders, contracts, invoice processing
    • Creating Salesforce.com campaigns for programs and managing list uploads 
    • Developing target lists focused on the best targets to generate leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and increase customer retention.
    • Managing post-event data to help marketing and sales teams to ensure target accounts are followed-up with 
    • Keep BDRs informed of events - pre/post and topics. 
    • Building newsletter content to keep Sales teams informed of upcoming events, activities, and campaigns in their area
    • Building post-event email templates for follow-up after events to ensure continued engagement

Skills:

  1. 5-7 years experience in Event Management/Tradeshow Experience
    1. Vendor/Procurement Management
  2. Sales facing communication skills (wont be going to events but coordinating and communicating with sales team)
  3. Ideally experience with Tableau and Salesforce
  4. B2B tech experience

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $66.00/hr.
