1st shift (United States of America)Please review the following job description:Develop and execute both short- and long-term roadmaps for analytical tools to meet the increasing demand for reporting and insights. Collaborate with business leaders, technology partners, and data teams to establish reliable data sourcing and automation, build relational data models and queries, and deliver analytics that support strategic and operational decision-making. Identify opportunities to enhance or introduce business solutions that strengthen spend management and advance analytics capabilities within Enterprise Corporate Services (ECS).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Foster an engaged, strategic collaboration and tactical support service model to enable information management capabilities supporting ECS business reporting and initiatives..
2. Perform end-to-end business analyst duties including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder alignment.
3. Evaluate, prioritize, and deliver solutions involving business information gathering and data transformation.
4. Define and execute test cases across SIT, QA, and UAT phases to ensure solution quality and accuracy.
5. Create automation opportunities and drive strategic improvements to spend cube, business reporting, and analytics routines to improve efficiency.
6. Partner with the business to deliver in-depth analytics and performance insights across Category, Supplier, Spend, Savings, and Sourcing Initiatives.
7. Develop scalable dashboards, reports, and visualization solutions to support procurement decision-making.
8. Establish, administer, and maintain the ECS data infrastructure framework to source, enrich, and transform data solutions.
9. Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAS, Snowflake, SQL, Alteryx, and Power Apps.

10. Document relational data models and ensure proper integration of data sources

11. Ensure data integrity and consistency across procurement analytics platforms and reporting outputs.

12. Maintain data maps, transformation logic, and standard operating procedures.

13. Design business data rules that are specific verifiable quantities such as Completeness, Uniqueness, Validity, Logic/Reasonableness, Accuracy, Integrity, Timeliness and Coverage.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Bachelor's in Business, Engineering or Computer and Data Science or related field of study.

2. 5 - 7 years experience in building data solutions for business decision-makers preferably in Financial Services Industry with focus on Procurement/Sourcing or Finance Functions

3. Proven experience in procurement data analytics, including: Contract data, Category management, Supplier performance, Spend and Savings analytics

4. Strong business analyst skillset including requirements gathering, solution design, and data validation

5. Proficient in Power BI and Tableau (dashboard development and data visualization).

6. Intermediate to Advance skills and experiences in SAS, SQL, Snowflake, Alteryx, Power Apps

7. Advanced skills in Microsoft Applications and Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, advance functions)

8. Experience with data mining, transformation, and automation techniques.

9. Familiarity with Procurement systems (Archer and Ariba P2P) and data (upstream/ downstream)

10. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

11. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver across competing deadlines.

12. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process rigor.

13. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

14. Creative mindset with a continuous improvement approach to analytics and data solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Extensive experience in database design and data transformation and management, SQL scripting, data architecture, relational data modeling (3N/F and star/snowflake), multidimensional data modeling, SAS development and queries

2. Supplemental skills in SAS Table Creation, Visio, Visualization and Analytics applications

3. Data Mining, Transformation and Enrichment, SQL, Ariba, Archer, SAP BW, SAS queries

4. Proficiency with data mapping, complex SQL queries, data warehouse and testing

5. AI application and tool automation development
