Key Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in construction administration/management with a focus on Commercial projects, Multi-Family and Mixed-Use Development Projects, Federal Government Development Projects Infrastructure, and related construction projects. • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of PMI and Construction Management principles. Experience managing ROW and ROE requirements a plus. • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. • Project Management Expertise: Hands-on experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management. • Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of construction standards, safety protocols, and fiber optic technology. • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent preferred. Fiber optic-specific certifications (e.g., FOA, BICSI) are highly desirable. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, a related field, some coursework or equivalent industry experience.
