We're hiring an experienced legal secretary to assist our legal team in preparing legal documents, filing motions, reviewing legal documents, and keeping our firm's legal calendar. Applicants should be experienced in California civil litigation and highly organized professionals with great attention to detail. Responsibilities
• Court filings, preparation of discovery, and communication with court staff and staff for opposing counsel
• Prepare simple legal documents, correspondence, and judicial counsel form documents, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, and affidavits, under the supervision of a lawyer
