• Establish and nurture a positive, trusting rapport with patients through empathetic listening and open communication.
• Diagnose various mental health disorders and develop comprehensive treatment plans individualized to meet the specific needs and circumstances of each client.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions, modifying treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
• Perform thorough assessments of patient progress, utilizing evidence-based practices and methodologies.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, effectively assessing and treating emotional distress to ensure patient safety and stability.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care, sharing insights and strategies to improve overall treatment outcomes.

Your clientele will comprise individuals, couples, and families seeking support for a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship concerns and trauma-related experiences. You will engage with diverse populations, enhancing your cultural competence and understanding of different life experiences that shape mental health challenges in today's society.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory.
• At least three years of direct experience in an outpatient setting, providing mental health counseling and support.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing technology, including word processing, email systems, spreadsheet applications, and electronic medical records for effective data management and communication.
• Ability to adapt swiftly in a fast-paced environment, managing changing priorities while maintaining focus on patient care and outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork and professional relationships.

• Experience with telehealth or remote counseling practices, adapting traditional therapeutic techniques to virtual settings.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and practices that enhance patient understanding and treatment.
• Previous work with diverse populations and an understanding of multicultural perspectives in mental health care.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
