  • Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to clients, addressing emotional and behavioral issues through therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.

  • Engage with clients' families and support systems as a core component of the treatment process, actively involving them in care planning and discharge discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders. The patients come from various backgrounds, reflecting the community served by the Easy Access Treatment Center. Understanding the specific needs of these individuals will be crucial in delivering personalized mental health services.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Possession of a valid license in Washington State as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in an outpatient mental health setting.

  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, including electronic medical records, word processing software, and communication systems.

  • Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, paired with the ability to inspire and motivate clients towards their treatment goals.

  • Ability to work independently while also being a proactive team player engaged in continuous professional development.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with a diverse population, particularly in a community health or outpatient clinic environment.

  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic models and interventions.

  • Prior involvement in care coordination and discharge planning processes.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401k plan with matching contributions.
