• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, personal history, and treatment goals.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect the diverse needs of your clientele.
• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals, regularly assessing progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Maintain strict adherence to ethical guidelines and legal standards to ensure the confidentiality of all client interactions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, actively participating in workshops, webinars, and reading relevant literature.
• Build a strong therapeutic alliance to foster a sense of trust, safety, and collaboration with clients, encouraging them to engage deeply in their healing processes.
• Provide practical guidance and coping strategies for clients to navigate life challenges effectively.

This role involves working with a broad and diverse client population, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our clientele ranges across different age groups, cultural backgrounds, and life experiences. As an integral part of our community clinic, you will be pivotal in addressing these needs and promoting overall mental health awareness within the community.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of clinical experience, preferably in a private practice or community health environment.
• Strong skills in client assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong capacity for empathy.

• Experience utilizing evidence-based treatment models in a clinical setting.
• Background in working with varied demographic populations, understanding cultural competency in therapy practices.
• Exposure to telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits include:
