• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's mental health concerns, strengths, and resources for effective treatment planning.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop comprehensive individualized treatment plans outlining specific client goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive client care and refined treatment strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, performing risk assessments and safety planning to manage client safety effectively.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to enhance clients’ coping skills and promote resilience.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to connect with clients, conduct therapy sessions, and attend team meetings seamlessly.

Your role will focus on supporting clients seeking recovery from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. This population requires specialized support tailored to address the complexities of addiction, trauma, and mental distress. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, helping them to navigate their unique challenges and achieving their mental wellness goals.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health or outpatient treatment setting, with a focus on substance use disorders preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities relevant to mental health and addiction.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively engage clients and facilitate their therapeutic journeys.

• Experience in a detox or inpatient setting, supporting individuals in early recovery stages.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and remote therapeutic practices.
• Background in facilitating group workshops, psychoeducational programs, or similar therapeutic activities.
