This position offers a remote work setting, enabling flexibility while serving clients in our Detox Center. Our clinic is designed to facilitate effective treatment modalities while providing you with advanced teletherapy tools and secure communication systems. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals dedicated to the integrated care of our clients. Evening and weekend availability is appreciated to accommodate various client schedules, ensuring they receive the support they need.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to collate valuable information regarding clients’ mental health concerns, existing strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of clients, ensuring a collaborative process with both clients and treatment teams.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning for clients experiencing acute distress or risk factors, facilitating timely and effective support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and therapeutic interventions in alignment with ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that focus on topics relevant to the detox and recovery processes.
• Collaborate closely with the treatment team to foster coordinated care, utilizing regular check-ins and multidisciplinary meetings to ensure continuity of care.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Great Lakes Healthcare Center, you will primarily work with a diverse client population experiencing various mental health conditions intertwined with substance use challenges. Our clients often present with issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this role.
