This role is performed remotely via our telehealth platform, allowing for greater flexibility while delivering high-quality mental health care. You will leverage secure and user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions, monitor client progress, and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards. The ability to create a safe and constructive digital environment is essential for fostering therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental health status through virtual meetings, considering psychosocial history and presenting issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and cater to the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions via telehealth, using effective therapeutic modalities to empower clients with coping strategies and tools for self-improvement.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary, providing referrals to psychiatrists and facilitating integrated care approaches when appropriate.
• Utilize ongoing assessment strategies to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, always prioritizing client welfare and goals.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use issues, and eating disorders. Your ability to offer culturally responsive care will be essential in establishing rapport and trust, thus enabling clients to engage more fully in their therapeutic processes.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current, valid mental health counseling license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health field.
• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders, therapeutic approaches, and the ability to implement culturally sensitive interventions.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and EHR systems for client management and documentation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with a diverse client demographic.

• Demonstrated experience delivering both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a culturally inclusive approach.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and the ability to manage challenging cases with professionalism and care.
• A track record of collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive treatment for clients.

In recognition of the vital contributions made by our team, the salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually.
