About the role:

As a Supply Chain Analytics & Project Lead you will support analyzing business data, identifying process improvement opportunities, and partnering with teams to lead operational excellence and informed decision-making. You will work with Category Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance stakeholders to develop insights, improve processes, and support business objectives through data-driven solutions within the Category Management Center of Excellence (CoE). You will report to the Supply Chain Spend Management Supervisor and work remote. 100% Remote Role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.

  • Develop dashboards, reporting, and status updates for supply chain leadership.

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support projects, cost management, and operational decision-making.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting platforms and business systems.

  • Present recommendations to partners.

  • Use PowerBI and SAP ERP to analyze operational and financial data.

  • Contribute to the development of reporting tools, databases, and automated workflows.

  • Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness.

  • Lead continuous improvement projects using data-driven methodologies.

  • Document our-state processes and recommend standardized best practices.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements and achieve sustainable results.

  • Partner with Category Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to understand our requirements and support priorities.

  • Collaborate with partners to develop solutions that improve operational performance and financial outcomes.

  • Support system enhancements, process automation, and report improvements across teams.

  • Facilitate meetings, hold presentations and working sessions to align partners and lead project execution.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or related experience. Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Data Analytics degree preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, business process improvement, or related field.

  • Experience working with Category Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations teams.

  • Proficiency with SAP ERP, PowerBI and Smartsheet (preferred).

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $90,000 to $112,500 per year.
