The Opportunity

  • This is a remote position
  • Traveling up to 20%

The Regional Commercial Operations Manager is responsible for establishing the monthly Integrated Business Plan (IBP) that aggregates the individual district and territory sales activities. In alignment with Sales Driver components / levers, the Manager will monitor and support the revenue execution activities to deliver the commitment through close process ownership for Customer Transition Journey and Value Expansion. Work at the field level, with individual Front Line Sales Managers and their respective teams, to establish Contingency Plans to offset all Business Risks and identify opportunities for improvement in Business Outcomes.

What You'll Work On

  • Maintain compliance with quality system requirements and ensure data integrity across commercial tools and reporting systems.
  • Drive adoption and effective use of business intelligence and CRM tools to support territory management, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and revenue growth.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, Digital Health, and other cross-functional teams to support commercial planning, forecasting, and business performance reviews.
  • Analyze performance metrics and develop demand plans, forecasts, and contingency strategies to support business objectives.
  • Monitor commercial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Support territory and district optimization by evaluating processes, tools, and team effectiveness.
  • Lead initiatives that accelerate customer onboarding, revenue realization, renewals, and value expansion opportunities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive growth, improve customer outcomes, and achieve commercial goals.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Health Care Administration, Business Management or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 5 years track record in the diagnostic industry, with a combined experience on commercial management, financial analysis, and/or front-line sales execution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as program / project manager
  • Previous manager level experience with interfacing with DVPs and General Managers is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Sales Force / CRM application or ability to quickly learn
  • Must have demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team

$113,300.00 - $226,700.00
