Job Title: Sr. Construction/Skilled Trades Recruiter

Location:

  • Phoenix, AZ or surrounding areas preferred.
  • Remote candidates can be considered based on their experience level.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience

Position Summary:

  • We are seeking an Experienced Construction Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent across the construction industry, including field trades, foremen, superintendents, project management, and office support roles. The ideal candidate understands construction environments, can speak the language of both the field and the office, and knows how to move candidates quickly from first contact to successful placement.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of recruiting experience, required experience in construction, skilled trades, or industrial/manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of construction roles, jobsite conditions, and typical project structures.
  • Experience recruiting for both field and office-based construction positions is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable managing multiple open positions and working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems, job boards, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.

Key Competencies

  • Knowledge of construction trades, certifications, and safety expectations.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills for both technical ability and reliability.
  • Ability to build rapport with both blue-collar tradespeople and leadership.
