Join our dynamic accounting team providing specialized financial services to law, architecture, and engineering firms. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in the financial management of many firms.

Compensation:

$21 - $27 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Record transactions in QuickBooks Online.

  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts.

  • Download and save supporting documents.

  • Support and collaborate with other team members and managers to address financial needs and other responsibilities as needed.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented accountant with a commitment to continuous learning and teamwork. Our ideal candidate will:

Qualifications:

Work Schedule Expectations

This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week. A secure, interruption-free home office setup is essential.

Growth

  • Our ideal candidate has a year or more of experience with QuickBooks Online and wants an opportunity to greatly increase their financial reporting, QuickBooks, and IT skills.

  • Our team of 30 has the mentors, technical skillset, processes, and opportunities to support professional development.

Education / Experience

  • A few college courses in accounting or an associate's degree in accounting would be a big plus, but are not required.

  • Minimum of 12 months of bookkeeping experience.

Software Skills

  • Minimum of 12 months of experience using QuickBooks Online

  • Experience using tools like Slack, Snagit, and Outlook

  • Experience with payroll tools like Gusto, Paychex, QB Payroll, or other payroll processing software
