• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, strengths, and resources, ensuring that you gather all pertinent information to support effective treatment.
• Provide individualized therapy to clients using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions, adjusting them as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering an environment of shared learning and support.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
