Key Responsibilities

As a mental health counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms.
• Implementing solution-focused therapeutic modalities to cater to individual client needs.
• Designing personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring they align with clients' unique circumstances.
• Facilitating client insight into their emotions, experiences, and relationships, fostering personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who are navigating a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications

Candidates for this position must possess:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state-issued license that enables you to provide independent mental health counseling, which could be:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist
• No provisional or limited licenses and a clean disciplinary record are required.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a sympathetic demeanor that allows for strong connections with clients.
• A solid foundation in technological tools with strong computer literacy skills.
• A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities and a dependable internet connection to facilitate remote counseling.

Preferred Experience
