Pro Light Life Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote team in Denver, Colorado. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments for individuals, couples, and families to determine their therapeutic needs.
• Facilitating therapy sessions, where you will work with couples together and conduct individual sessions as needed, focusing on strengthening relationships and resolving issues.
• Specializing in areas including but not limited to alcohol abuse, psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of your clients.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to foster healing and growth.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic support for your clients.

Your therapeutic practice will cater to a diverse clientele, including adults and children/adolescents experiencing challenges such as:

• Family conflicts and sibling rivalry.
• Communication difficulties among family members.
• Adjustment to life transitions, including blended families and remarriage.
• Emotional distress due to job stress, medical issues, or grief and loss.
• Support for families navigating separation and divorce.

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
• A strong commitment to patient care and a willingness to engage in continuous professional development.

We prefer candidates who have:

• Experience working in a clinical setting, particularly with family and relationship therapy.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms to deliver therapy services effectively.
• Strong skills in managing caseloads and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
