Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify the underlying causes of clients’ challenges, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.
  • Refer clients to psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs), or substance use disorder specialists for further evaluation and support when necessary.
  • Offer practical solutions and coping strategies for clients coping with low self-esteem, family issues, addictions, and suicidal ideation, helping them navigate their path to recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment outcomes, analyzing this data to adapt therapeutic approaches as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients’ family members, when appropriate, to monitor changes in behavior and ensure comprehensive support during the healing process.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health and emotional challenges. Clients may present with issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties. Understanding cultural competence and adaptability in addressing the unique needs of each client will be essential in fostering their success.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • Proven track record with no history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
