Adjuvant is seeking a Part-Time Advanced Practice Provider to join our group practice. 100% of roles are remote.


Role Description:The Advanced Practice Provider role is an essential role for Adjuvant Behavioral Health. This role is responsible for providing prescriptive clinical services, in coordination with Adjuvant's clinical guidance. Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of Adjuvant Behavioral Health, the Prescriber responsibilities include -

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prescribe medication to patients that assist them in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, or making positive changes for their psychiatric well-being
  • Prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports to satisfy both Joint Commission accreditation, insurance payers, and Adjuvant Behavioral Health Operations Manual
  • Evaluate clients' physical or mental condition, based on review of client information
  • Collaborate with other staff members to perform clinical assessments or develop treatment plans
  • Refer patients, clients, or family members to ABH IOP, community resources or to specialists as necessary
  • Modify treatment activities or approaches as needed to comply with changes in clients' status
  • Complete administrative documentation for every client. This documentation includes but is not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, lab orders, e-prescribing documentation, etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited educational institution
  • ANCC - Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP) certification
  • Hold a valid DEA

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NP or APRN with PMHNP certification (Psych/Mental Cert)
