• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health challenges, developing personalized and effective treatment plans.

Your practice at Holistic Mind Mental Health Therapy will involve working with a diverse client population experiencing a range of issues including, but not limited to, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. You will play a pivotal role in advocating for mental wellness in the community, guiding clients through their healing journeys, and equipping them with coping strategies to manage their day-to-day lives more effectively.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for establishing strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Strong empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and emotional struggles.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload and administrative tasks.
