Your work will engage a diverse client base primarily dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. • A valid and current state license as one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate trust-based therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to clients’ experiences and challenges.
