• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients’ mental health status, unlocking the insights necessary to tailor effective treatment strategies.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with a diverse array of clients, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. You will engage in a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual, ensuring an inclusive and supportive therapeutic experience that respects differing cultural backgrounds and personal histories.

• A current and valid clinical license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is necessary to qualify for this position.

• Exhibition of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple clients and administrative tasks.
• A clean disciplinary record with the appropriate licensing board is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of experience working as a mental health therapist is preferred, ideally within a private practice environment.

• An attractive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year will be offered, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
