• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their unique mental health needs, determining the appropriate path for treatment and support.

• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to address the specific needs of each client, facilitating their journey towards healing.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records, ensuring adherence to confidentiality standards, compliance protocols, and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to enhance service delivery, sharing insights and strategies for holistic client care.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health issues and the therapeutic process while fostering their engagement in treatment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
