Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate mental health needs, including interviews and psychological evaluations, to develop individualized treatment plans catered to each clientโ€™s unique circumstances.

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote client well-being. Utilize modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness strategies to engage clients in their healing processes.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and practice policies, ensuring all documentation reflects client progress and treatment outcomes.

  • Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary treatment team, including educators, school psychologists, and family members, to provide holistic care that addresses the needs of the whole child.

  • Educate and support patients and families by providing resources and coping strategies. Facilitate family therapy sessions and workshops that empower families to understand mental health issues affecting their children.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
