Radiology - Mri Per Diem

Location: Chelmsford, MA

Department: Radiology - MRI

Schedule: Per Diem, As needed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of the department supervisor or designee, provides direct support to imaging technologists
  • Interviews patients and provides education about imaging processes and procedures
  • Positions patients for imaging exams
  • Restores imaging studies for follow up patients
  • Provides general organization of the imaging area
  • Promotes effective working relationships to meet the goals and objectives of the Imaging Center
  • Provides back-up coverage for other support staff

Required Qualification:

  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate (e.g. GED, HiSET, TASC Test) from an accredited institution or governmental unit

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BCLS (CPR) certified
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty
  • Experience in an Advanced Imaging Center
  • Computer experience
  • Proven solid interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility and initiative in providing quality patient care

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
