• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' conditions, which will inform the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities that cater to a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Set actionable therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and track their advancement to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

Our practice primarily serves diverse populations in the Attleboro area, including individuals coping with anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. • Possession of a current and valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or as a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in relevant disciplines such as Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing for the establishment of a safe and trusting therapeutic rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions, respecting individual experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational abilities, ensuring the effective management of caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a therapeutic setting is required.
• Familiarity with various evidence-based practices and a willingness to integrate new methodologies into your treatment approach.
