Job description

Now Hiring – Remote Telephone Interviewers

Noor Workforce Solutions is seeking interviewers for a research study primarily in the energy sector, providing research design, data collection, and analysis services that enable their clients to make business-critical decisions using high-quality and unbiased data. The pay range is$15.75 to $16.00/hour with pay weekly on Fridays.   

Paid Training – tentatively slated for mid-September 2026.  Shifts are available for 4 or 8 hours per day, but no shifts less than 4 hours are available. Calling hours are from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern daily.  Data Collection for this project is projected to continue into November 2026 with the opportunity of extended work for additional projects.

Assignment Duties
  • Contact people by telephone, ask questions provided via a script, and record responses
  • Make cold calls, as well as conduct household surveys and commercial studies that involve interviewing a manager or department representative
  • Perform database or computer tasks in support of research surveys, such as conducting address or telephone number lookups using online resources
 
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication skills are required
  • Ability to record data accurately is critical
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to feel comfortable contacting individuals to participate in a research study
  • Ability to communicate a friendly demeanor and build trust with study participants
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Proficiency with the basic operations of a personal computer, Windows, and Microsoft Office programs
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is helpful
 
Work environment
  • This is a remote position
  • Hours are assigned on a project-by-project basis. Work is not guaranteed once studies are complete
