• Maintain a flexible schedule to determine your client load through our platform, Headway, enabling you to select hours that align with your personal commitments and preferences.
• Grow your caseload with the support of our marketing efforts, which include client referrals tailored to your specializations and practice preferences.
• Utilize advanced telehealth technology to deliver real-time counseling services, ensuring that clients receive immediate and effective support.
• Automate the insurance verification process to minimize delays in care and provide seamless service to clients.
• Engage in regular consultation and support from peers and supervisors, fostering a collaborative environment focused on client and clinician growth.

Your practice will cater to a diverse client base from the Portland area and beyond, including individuals experiencing varying degrees of mental health and substance use challenges. This role emphasizes culturally competent care, recognizing the unique backgrounds and needs of each client, making personalized treatment plans essential for effective outcomes.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.
• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is necessary to ensure a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• An understanding of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses is critical to provide effective care.
• Experience working with clients to establish and achieve therapeutic goals.
• Capability in conducting comprehensive assessments to inform treatment approaches.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools, allowing for efficient and effective client interaction.
• A designated home workspace that ensures privacy for patient safety and comfort.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is advantageous.
• A proven track record of independently providing counseling services or prior experience in a similar remote setting.
• Strong clinical skills evaluated through interviews and assessment during the hiring process.

You will receive a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
