Promenade Healing Retreat is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our growing team. In this remote position, you will be working from the comfort of your own home or a location of your choice, utilizing secure telehealth platforms to connect with clients. Our telehealth services are designed to ensure confidentiality and privacy, making it easy for clients to seek the care they need in a safe and convenient manner.

• Deliver virtual counseling services tailored to a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
• Provide comprehensive counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods to create a supportive environment for clients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address individual client needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
• Conduct therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to best practices.
• Regularly assess client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly, while providing ongoing support for mental health diagnoses and substance use disorders.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Your primary focus will be on a broad range of clients, including those struggling with mental health issues and substance use disorders. You will provide valuable support to individuals seeking to improve their mental health and navigate complex family dynamics, working collaboratively to address destructive patterns and promote personal growth and healing.

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating competence in therapeutic practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
• Ability to build and maintain meaningful therapeutic relationships with a diverse client base.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care, family therapy, or substance use treatment will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies is also advantageous.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
