As a member of our telehealth team, you will leverage cutting-edge tools, including a cloud-based electronic health records (EHR) system that ensures compliance with both Medicaid and Medicare regulations. We provide a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform for all telehealth sessions, enabling you to focus on delivering care without administrative distractions.

• Conduct telehealth counseling sessions with clients using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.
• Utilize cloud-based EHR to document sessions, maintain accurate records, and facilitate transparent communication with insurance providers.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at identifying client issues, developing solutions, and promoting mental well-being.
• Implement tailored treatment programs for various mental health conditions, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and dual diagnoses.
• Regularly assess clients' progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary, and maintaining active engagement in their mental health journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment for your patients.
• Participate in staff meetings and team training sessions to enhance professional skills and share insights with colleagues.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or clinical setting.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to conduct virtual sessions using telehealth technology.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in client interactions.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle a caseload while ensuring client satisfaction.
• A successful completion of a background check prior to employment.
• Willingness to be flexible with your schedule, including availability for some evenings or weekends.

• Experience using telehealth platforms and digital health technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches and evidence-based practices in treatment.
• Previous work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is beneficial.
