Neuro Behavioral Center is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day activities will involve:

• Conducting individual and couple's therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities that promote healthy family dynamics.
• Providing comprehensive assessment and treatment planning tailored to meet the unique needs of families, individuals, and couples.
• Addressing a wide array of issues, including but not limited to alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, domestic conflicts, and communication challenges.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions to assist clients in navigating and resolving family conflicts, separation and divorce adjustments, and blended family dynamics.
• Maintaining thorough documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes through our clinical management software.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and enhance patient resources.

Your role will primarily focus on adults as well as child and adolescent populations, working with families facing complex psychological challenges. You will be equipped to support clients through significant life transitions, ensure effective communication among family members, and foster resilience in the patient population.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active mental health license (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• Demonstrated expertise and passion for providing high-quality care to individuals and families.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with:

• Previous experience in outpatient behavioral health settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies.
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing varied mental health issues.
