• Conduct virtual individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities suited to each client's needs.
• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments remotely and develop tailored treatment plans to address the unique circumstances of each client.
• Offer crisis intervention and stabilization support, guiding clients through immediate emotional distress using effective de-escalation techniques.
• Assist clients in navigating digital resources, ensuring they can access crucial community services that enhance their treatment.
• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated and holistic care.
• Document clinical interactions meticulously in electronic health records (EHR) to maintain accurate records and comply with legal standards.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality best practices in all telehealth interactions.

As a Social Worker with Bright Valley, you will work closely with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and family dynamics. You will provide culturally competent care tailored to various backgrounds, helping clients overcome obstacles and achieve mental wellness through therapeutic engagement.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW license in Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health or related social services.
• Experience in delivering telehealth services is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in utilizing trauma-informed care approaches as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methodologies.
• Strong technical skills related to telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Exceptional communication abilities, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving capabilities.
