Chief Privacy & Data Protection Officer (CPDPO) Location: Remote / Miami, FL Type: Full-time | Executive About the Role: As CPDPO, you will architect WorldCare's global data privacy and compliance strategy — from HIPAA and GDPR to emerging AI ethics frameworks. You'll ensure that user trust is not just protected, but earned. Responsibilities: Design and enforce enterprise-wide privacy programs across all data flows.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and global health data regulations. Partner with product and AI teams to embed privacy-by-design. Lead incident response and cross-border data risk governance.

Educate internal teams and partners on evolving privacy landscapes. Requirements: 8+ years in privacy, infosec, or data compliance roles. Proven leadership in HIPAA, GDPR, or cross-border data strategies.
