This position is remote, allowing for a flexible work environment that meets your needs while still providing you with the tools and support necessary to thrive in your role. As part of a Detox Center, you will engage with an innovative team collaborating across multiple disciplines to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. Team members maintain regular virtual meetings to foster communication, share insights, and uphold a strong sense of community and support.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children with developmental delays or disabilities, using appropriate diagnostic tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), focusing on the unique needs of each child.
• Monitor progress through regular check-ins and assessments, working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide coaching and direct support to families on evidence-based practices that enhance their child’s development and learning within natural environments.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing social work and client care.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families, fostering a trusting and supportive atmosphere.
• Utilize a coaching model to empower families while educating them in natural settings.
• Advocate for the well-being of children within your caseload, connecting families to additional resources and support systems.

As an LCSW at Psychcentral Therapy Clinic, you will primarily work with infants and toddlers facing developmental delays or disabilities. Your role is crucial in early intervention, aiding families in navigating the challenges that accompany developmental issues. You will help children develop essential skills across physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication domains, particularly during their formative first three years of life.

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license for travel as needed.
• At least one year of experience in early intervention or a related field is required.
• Strong commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to respect confidentiality and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
