Work Environment

As part of a Detox Center, you will engage with an innovative team collaborating across multiple disciplines to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children with developmental delays or disabilities, using appropriate diagnostic tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), focusing on the unique needs of each child.
  • Monitor progress through regular check-ins and assessments, working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide coaching and direct support to families on evidence-based practices that enhance their child’s development and learning within natural environments.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing social work and client care.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children and families, fostering a trusting and supportive atmosphere.
  • Utilize a coaching model to empower families while educating them in natural settings.
  • Advocate for the well-being of children within your caseload, connecting families to additional resources and support systems.
Patient Population / Client Focus
