• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group sessions that promote peer support, where clients share experiences and learn effective coping mechanisms. You will be responsible for creating a safe environment for open dialogue and trust-building.
• Individual Therapy: Provide tailored one-on-one counseling sessions where you will actively listen to clients, assisting them in exploring their thoughts and emotions, and help them develop actionable coping strategies to overcome their challenges.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs and goals. This includes setting achievable objectives and adjusting plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
• Progress Monitoring: Evaluate client progress through various assessment tools. You will regularly track outcomes and modify treatment approaches to align with clients’ evolving needs.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Engage with a team of professionals to coordinate care for complex cases, ensuring the highest level of support for clients. Consistent communication with fellow therapists and healthcare providers is vital in this collaborative environment.

• Education: A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy is required.
• Licensure: Valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure is mandatory.

• Annual salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
