1. Civil Designer / Civil Engineer (Design-Focused)

• Primary Focus: Technical production and design execution
• Responsibilities:
  Develop site, grading, drainage, and utility plans
• • Produce Civil 3D drawings and technical deliverables
  • Support land planning and layout efforts
  • Assist with permitting documentation
  • Collaborate across multiple active projects
• What Matters:
• • Strong, hands-on Civil 3D experience
  • Grading, drainage, and utility design capability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Land development experience across residential, commercial, and/or public sector projects

2. Project Engineer / Senior Engineer (Hybrid)

• Primary Focus: Design execution plus project coordination
• Responsibilities:
• • Design and review civil site plans
  • Manage portions of projects across design and permitting
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants
  • Support due diligence and feasibility analysis
  • Assist with jurisdictional reviews and approvals

• • Ability to both produce and review design work
  • Clear understanding of permitting and regulatory processes

  • Strong technical foundation

3. Project Manager (Client-Facing)

• Primary Focus: Full project ownership
• Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, budgets, and scopes

  • Coordinate internal teams of designers and engineers
  • Lead permitting strategy and agency coordination
  • Oversee construction-phase support

  • Deep understanding of permitting and municipal jurisdictions

  • P.E. license preferred, but not strictly required for senior-level roles
