• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs of clients, establishing a baseline for treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, regularly modifying them based on ongoing assessments and client progress.
• Work closely with community resources, other healthcare providers, and insurers to facilitate referrals to external services that enhance clients' well-being.
• Participate actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings, contributing to discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care post-treatment.
• Provide family counseling and support, helping caregivers understand their loved ones' conditions and connecting them with relevant resources.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, acting within the scope defined by the Mental Health Practice Act.
• Utilize our user-friendly case management system to document interactions and interventions, ensuring effective tracking of patient care.
• Act as an advocate for clients and their families, ensuring clear communication between all parties involved in the care process.
• Screen for clients at risk of exacerbated mental health issues and coordinate urgent care responses as needed.

Our counselors work with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and psychiatric disorders. By fostering a strong therapeutic relationship, you will enable clients to explore their feelings, confront challenges, and achieve meaningful recovery goals.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Current state licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist.
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats, with a knack for building rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively, prioritize client needs, and document care accurately.

• Familiarity with community mental health resources and support networks to assist clients in navigating their care.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery models.
• Previous experience in psychiatric settings or with specific populations like children, adolescents, or the elderly can be advantageous.

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to help ease your transition into our team.
