Work Environment

In this fully remote role, counselors have the autonomy to create their schedules within the parameters of Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. You will connect with clients through secure video chat sessions, leveraging technology to deliver care in a safe and confidential manner. The work environment emphasizes collaboration and innovation, utilizing telehealth tools and methodologies to provide seamless client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one video therapy sessions, providing mental health assessment and treatment tailored to clients' individual needs.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • You must possess one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Strong computer literacy skills are essential to navigate telehealth platforms and manage client documentation effectively.
