• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to address a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and familial conflict.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations to protect client confidentiality.
• Engage family members or significant others in the therapeutic process when beneficial, tailoring session participation to enhance recovery and support systems.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with colleagues and multidisciplinary professionals to facilitate comprehensive care.
• Advocate for clients in crisis situations, deploying clinical skills and community resources to resolve urgent issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage a caseload of clients, adhering to a structured session schedule to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.
• Stay informed on best practices and ongoing developments in the field of marriage and family therapy through participation in training and development opportunities.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing therapeutic services, preferably in an outpatient setting.

The compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level.
