Position Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at Precision, Preparation and Recovery Services, where your expertise will be instrumental in improving the mental health of individuals in our community. This remote, full-time position allows you to utilize your counseling skills and therapeutic techniques from the comfort of your home while providing high-quality care to our clients.

About the Organization

At Precision, Preparation and Recovery Services, we believe in creating a society where mental and physical healthcare work hand-in-hand to enhance the quality of life. Our mission is centered around increasing access to personalized and affordable mental health services. As one of the fastest-growing behavioral health practices in the nation, we are proud to employ a dedicated team of professionals committed to clinical excellence and patient care. Our commitment to our clients is reflected in our core values, emphasizing trust, empathy, and support.

Work Environment

Our distinct outpatient office environment, complemented by a remote work option, allows us to deliver tailored mental health services efficiently. You will join a multidisciplinary team of professionals who collaborate in an innovative and supportive setting. Your work will not only influence clients' mental health journeys but also contribute to a larger array of services that our organization offers. We strive to create a workplace that fosters professional growth and inclusivity while supporting work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for clients, developing individualized therapy strategies to meet their unique needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, maintaining a compassionate and client-centered approach.
  • Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques as necessary based on client presentations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care, ensuring that all aspects of the clients' lives are considered and addressed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of emerging research and best practices in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients we serve include individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. As an LPC at Precision, Preparation and Recovery Services, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their lives, using your skills to guide them toward healthier outcomes and empowering them on their wellness journey.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in a treatment facility or outpatient office.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in therapy.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000, based on experience, with the potential for performance-based bonuses. In addition, we provide health, dental, and vision insurance, alongside malpractice insurance coverage. Our model allows therapists to manage their caseload responsively based on availability and expertise. You will also receive support in billing and documentation processes, ensuring a lower administrative burden and allowing you to focus primarily on patient care.
