This role is designed for a remote setting, allowing you to work comfortably from your location while staying connected with colleagues and clients through virtual platforms. You will engage with students, teachers, and administrative staff at various partner schools, using teletherapy tools and digital communication to provide consistent and effective care. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, analyzing students' mental health needs and identifying their strengths and available resources to create personalized care plans.
• Deliver individualized therapy, as well as family and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, and trauma-informed practices.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, establishing clear objectives and interventions conducive to each client's growth.
• Collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate behavioral interventions and support systems within the school environment.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and risk assessment to ensure students' safety and well-being, adapting your approach to the unique demands of a school setting.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal standards while ensuring compliance with all organizational policies.
• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups for students and their families, creating an inclusive atmosphere that encourages open dialogue about mental health.

You will work with a diverse clientele primarily comprised of school-aged children and adolescents facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your role is pivotal in fostering resilience, improving coping strategies, and creating an environment where students and their families feel understood and supported. You will also play an integral part in challenging the stigma surrounding mental health by cultivating awareness and understanding both within the school and the broader community.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably with a focus on school or child/adolescent services.
• Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic practices and possess a strong understanding of psychological principles.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

• Experience working within a school setting, collaborating with educators and staff on mental health initiatives.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and conducting remote sessions effectively.
• Knowledge of IEP (Individualized Education Program) processes and the ability to contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
