Job Description
Responsibilities:
Support Retirement operations within the BCM vertical by executing tasks accurately and in line with defined procedures.
Apply basic domain knowledge to handle routine Retirement transactions, validations, and exception processing.
Maintain process documentation and update trackers to ensure completeness and accuracy of operational records.
Escalate issues and exceptions to senior team members with relevant details and observations.
Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing forums to build domain expertise and stay updated on process changes.
Assist in testing and validating minor system or process changes from a user perspective.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables and adherence to service standards.
Contribute to a culture of compliance by following control guidelines and reporting any observed risks or deviations.
