Published clinical research shows a clinically significant instantaneous reduction in upper extremity impairment with the MyoPro. What we're looking for:The Regional MyoPro Specialist drives and supports the referral program through product education, training, and support of various referral sources to meet business growth targets. This role serves as a product expert, working directly with therapists, healthcare providers and others within the circle of care to educate and train on MyoPro Technology and appropriate patient candidacy.
This is a remote role with travel based in Dallas, TX.
How You'll Drive Impact:
Product Education & Training:
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and serve as the subject matter expect on the Company's product line, including patient identification criteria.
  • Deliver high-quality in-services, workshops, and product demonstrations to clinical teams and healthcare organizations within the assigned territory.
  • Train and support clinicians to ensure appropriate patient selection and effective use of the MyoPro.
  • Assess learning needs and provide guidance to therapists integrating the MyoPro into patient care.
  • Support pre- and post-delivery training to ensure proper device utilization.

Business Growth:
  • Conduct outreach visits, presentations and follow-ups to increase device awareness and support appropriate candidate identification.
  • Achieve referral and growth targets established by the Company. Monitor and report training activity, territory trends and educational engagements.
  • Partner with Business Development and Marketing teams to support regional growth and drive referral activity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and referral sources including physicians, therapists, case managers and healthcare administrators.
  • Partner with internal teams to align on clinician training, educational programs and field support activities.

Operations:
  • Maintain knowledge of device technology, product protocols and healthcare regulations. Ensure all outreach and education messages and materials adhere to approved messaging, regulatory requirements and ethical marketing standards.
  • Respond to field inquiries and complaints in a timely manner and consistent with compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including CRM updates, reports and expense submissions.
  • Participate in and complete all mandatory Company trainings within required timeframes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

*Please Note:
Base Salary Range is $90,000 - 102,000 depending on experience. Through our variable compensation plan, there is potential to earn up to $135,000.
What You'll Bring:
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist.
  • 3-5 years' clinical experience in neurological rehabilitation, adoption of innovative technologies in therapeutic environments, customer success, or similar.
  • Experience with medical device education, production training or sales, strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to build effective and lasting relationships with therapists and healthcare providers.
  • Experience training clinicians on various non-clinical and clinical aspects of products or services.
  • Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop referral sources.
  • Organized, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Effective presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% in assigned territory, including at least two overnight stays per week.
