Summary
TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a highly stable enterprise utility and critical infrastructure organization seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to support a large-scale SharePoint modernization initiative.
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop enterprise Power Apps solutions, including Canvas and Model-Driven applications
  • Build and maintain advanced Power Automate workflows with complex approval routing
  • Support the migration from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online
  • Rebuild legacy InfoPath forms into modern Power Apps solutions
  • Convert existing Nintex workflows into Power Automate flows
  • Integrate solutions with Dataverse, SQL Server, EDI staging tables, and SharePoint Online
  • Develop scalable backend architecture and data models
  • Leverage reusable UI components and templates to accelerate delivery
  • Perform testing and validation prior to QA handoff
  • Deliver medium-complexity solutions within aggressive project timelines
  • Collaborate with technical teams supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 initiatives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Power Platform development experience in enterprise environments
  • Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
  • Advanced Power Automate development experience
  • Experience integrating with Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint Online lists and libraries, and structured data sources
  • Previous experience with SharePoint migrations and modernization efforts
  • Hands-on experience converting InfoPath forms and Nintex workflows
  • Strong SQL and relational database design experience
  • Background in .NET and C# development preferred
  • Understanding of enterprise application architecture and scalable design principles
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments is highly preferred
