Job Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect to design, build, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions across healthcare and service-driven environments. This role combines solution architecture with strong software development, requiring active coding and end-to-end delivery across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

Collaboration & Stakeholders

  • Work with stakeholders, product owners, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communicate architecture and design decisions clearly across technical and non-technical teams.

Architecture & Development

  • Design and deliver Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Build plugins, custom components, APIs, and integrations.
  • Develop canvas/model-driven apps, Power Pages, and automation flows.
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance system design.

Core Development

  • Develop using: C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Build REST APIs and integrate external systems.
  • Customise and extend Dynamics 365 using Dataverse.

Data & Integration

  • Design Dataverse models and ensure data integrity.
  • Build integrations using APIs and Azure services.
  • Support event-driven and service-based architectures.

Governance & Delivery

  • Enforce best practices and ALM using Azure DevOps.
  • Support CI/CD and continuous improvement.

Experience

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
